My grandma always boils water and pours it on the ant piles. I'm not sure if it works, but she wouldn't have done it for 50 years if it didn't.

this works with the little black ants but fire ants are a little more hearty.....still may be worth a try: draw a line with chalk across your thresholds where they may enter or sprinkle baby powder there. I think it's that they can't tolerate the fine dust in their airways, or something.

try going to Lowe's or Walmart and buy some ant killer ir there outside if there inside put ant traps around your house and if that dont work get ant spary or bug spary samething

Since it's almost winter, I would leave them as they don't like the cold and soon will go away on their own.

get a pot of boiling water and pour it on theyr'e ant hill
and get fire ant killer spray, or get a treatment from a professional exterminater
