Because they lack self belief! They have great players,a good manager,but not enough self belief.Even though it's steadily improving,theyr'e not quite the finished article yet.

It's very hard to win in the NBA. What do you mean a small percentage of games? They have one of the best records in the league over the past few years.

Spurs have always had the entertainment value (flair, good football, positive) and great players. I think we lack consistency in defence, and have done so since the early 1970's.

Probably the same reason why Arsenal don't, when you're on top with all the possession, make sure you score. You can't win games if you don't score, simple as that.
