truth be told, i don't know the last one disproved, but the last one i have heard about that isn't media hoopla is the recent developments of pluto. at first, they had to de-classify it from a planet. but as they researched further, it turns out that pluto's part of another solar system. like i said, nothing brand new, but it's something.
