Is there a place to I can get a business loan or something that I dont have to pay back... I want to open a boutique for women? I found co. that can sell the line of items, but I have no capital at all. Any advice..

There's no such thing as a loan "i dont have to pay back." What you're talking about is, perhaps, a grant. I don't think grants are awarded to individuals, just to non-profit groups.

Do check out the Small Business Administration website, like the other person mentioned.. You may qualify for low interest loans. Also talk to the librarians at your local public library. They can point you towards helpful books on starting a small business.

Ignore the previous answer about getting a grant from the Better Business Bureau. (BBB) The BBB rates companies - it does not give grants to small businesses.

Loans, by their definition have to be paid back. If your business goes bankrupt they can come after your personal assets. There are grants but you need to find those through the Better Business Bureau. Normally you will have to show more than a good idea to them. What backs you up.

Loans by their very nature have to be paid back. Look for a Grant or a gift from family.

You need to look for govt. grants if your not wanting to have to pay it back. Make sure when you look you go to the small business gov sites or ones that end in gov otherwise you could get scammed.
