I think gifts should be for something fun, cool, and something you want, but wouldn't spend the money on it. Do you know of something like that?

I buy my guy friends gas gift certificates, beer, and then give them a stocking full of candy and assorted junk food.

If it's for a boyfriend, maybe there's a concert coming up? You could dheck on ticketmaster and see if any of his favorite bands are touring.

If your male friend is into tech/electronics then I would go for a gift certificate at Best buy. Especially if there's something that he wanted but didn't want to spend full price for it..

Good luck!

DVD Movies

A day at the local golf course
(I don't know how much golf cost but maybe they have a cheap one)

Detail Car Wash Service

I guess it depends on the guy.

i'm thinking some thing like a "Recession Survival kit." Have a piggy economic enterprise, lottery tickets, possibly a bottle of aspirin :-), they sell "money cleansing soap" with a real bill interior, stuff like that. in case you do no longer opt for to elevate the "R" word, possibly in undemanding terms a "we are interior the money" style of subject, and flow away out the aspirin.
