Ladies, you're telling a guy how to douche when, in fact, he IS the douche bag.

Don't do it. It is bad for you and can cause infections by killing off the normal flora in your vagina. If you are having odor problems you need to see the doctor. Any gynecologist will tell you not to douche.

twist the applicator onto the bottle stick the tube up your vagina and squeez the the bottle untill u finish all the liquid in the bottle they say its best to do it while ur taking a shower

its time 4 u to upgrade never used a bag go to walmart and get the ones in the box and read the instructions ( ready 2 use)

It is reccomended now NOT to douche.
you are waying away the normal bacteria that cleanses your body.
if you have an odor that is foul, seek, medical attention; you may have a bacterial disease.

Your not supposed to douche, it washes away the good bacteria. Don't do it.

read the instructions. you put it where you put a tampon and squeeze the bottle till its empty and thow it away.
