you know wat, I am sure you can look into Canadian tire or some tool shop, and look for a tool that might help him get his work done faster. I'd be surprised if he has came across all the tools known to all mankind. How about if you buy him a gift card for Home Depot or HomeFitters or something. Like load the gift card with $100-200 or so. If you give him a gift card, you might open up opportunities for him to look for something better for his work.Don't loose hope this fast, I am sure you'd find something for your husband.

well am great gift why dont you just get him a gift card or take him out to dinner or something what can you reallly get a man who either has everything or hardly likes anything and maybe just spending time with you is what he wants sometimes its not what you give them material wise but just a little bit of your time that you can spare is what he really wants being the fact hes a builder and not knowing your occupation or schedule you probaly busy most of the time so maybe just some alone time if nothing else

I heard a man say there's no such thing as too many tools. But the best way is to get a gift certificate to the place where he buys his tools, that way he can choose what he really wants

have you tried asking him what he wants for Christmas? Usually everyone has something they like to do...I mean he doesnt stare at a wall all day so hes got to like something. My husband likes video games...I got him a surround sound system for Christmas and an ipod...he doesnt like clothes much either but I still get him some...if he doesnt have any hobbies then buy him one to start.

One gift i'm giving my boyfriend for Christmas is a home made coupon book.
In it I will put,
Coupon good for a long hot bubble bath with me.
Coupon good for a foot massage
Coupon good for candle light dinner of your choice,
Coupon good for a whole day of TV watching Football with no interuptions
Coupon good for Catered football party at home with guest of your choice.
Things like that, with no experation date.
That way he gets to do the things he loves when he wants.
Use your imagination and just have fun with it

Try getting him replacments of the really old tools. Another idea is you could sew him a builders bag/pouch, if you can sew.

You could get him a special tool. Like maybe a collectible hammer.
I used to have a really cool silver hammer with a neat face etched into it

Clothes wear out. I'd get him shorts or boxers, socks, tee shirts stuff that he must need. Threw in a sweater. I'm sure he'll enjoy it. Maybe one for yourself to match?
