i need the zeroes... and i cant seem to figure it out

well Honestly dear Megan i don't think its correct , coz equation should have ONE " = "

it must be something like this
-4r ² ± 21r=r+13

-4r(squared)=21r=r+13
-4r^2=21r=r+13

I think there is a typo. There should only be 1 = here.

You must have a typo because this does not work.
(-4r)^2 = 21r
16r^2 = 21r
r = 21/16
then
21r = r + 13
21 * (21/16) = (21/16) + 13
441/16 = 220/16 ?????
