It happens because when you sit or stand up after sex, gravity takes over and sperm will flow out of you - its completely normal and doesn't affect if you'll get pregnant because enough sperm will still be inside you to do the job. Having sex when you ovulate doesn't necessarily mean you'll become pregnant although its a good start. I don't understand the last question. Just keep trying, you'll get there.

Everyone's cycle is different. There is a myth that woman ovulate 14 days after their period begins...but that is only an AVERAGE and each month can be different. The other thing is that sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days.... so if you are having a shortened cycle one month and you have sex right after your period and you ovulate earlier than day 14 than yes, there is a chance of getting pregnant. The only way to know is to know exactly when you ovulate. There are several ways to know and some are more effective than others. Some can only predict before ovulation happens and some can only predict that is has already happened. The absolute best info I can give you is to go read a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! . It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not.
My husband and I tried for 1 year and had no luck..… We tried ovulation predictors , laying with pillows under me for 20 min. everything……the first month that I began using the book I realized that my timing was WRONG!. We got pregnant that very first month and I am now due Feb 2, 2007. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths! Even if you don't get into charting and everything....it will help you in so many ways!

hey if theres one thing i can do right its getting pregnant! LOL!
1. have sex on your period, right before your period, and right after your period.
2.have sex laying on your back or doggy style.
3. have sex every other day. (if you do this his sperm count will be higher when he cums in you.)
4. when your done having sex, put a pillow under your butt to prop it upwards and hold your legs up too. do this for atleast 20 minutes. ( it makes sure that the sperm reaches where its supposed to go.)
5. keep useing your ovulation kit.
6. make sure you orgasm, that helps a bunch!
7. make sure that neither you or your b.f. are stressed out, that effects concieving greatly! the less stressed the better.
8. eat healthy. you would be amazed at the difference this has with it too.
9. also start acting like you are pregnant, avoid smoke , alch., caffiene especially, and start taking your pre natal vitamins! (they help prepare your body for whats to come.)
10. avoid hot tubs, and dueching (im not sure how to spell that, lol). but if you get a "all water duech" then those can help push the sperm far up there, try doing that after holding your but and legs in the air for 20 minutes.( the dueches with vinegar and stuff can kill sperm.)
any ways do this and it will happen within atleast 6 monthes or less! 6 monthes is the average time it takes to concieve a baby.
hope this helps. good luck!

You are trying to conceive after only 9 months in a relationship. Well I think you should allow more time to get to know one another, you konw have a relationship because once the babies start coming its a different relationship and your love has to be strong enough to withstand the 24 hour demands made on both of you from your baby.
Yes its a 24 hour job so don't go romanticising it, there is nothing romantic for about six months after you have a baby, remember.
But you can try to leave your legs up for about 15 minutes after intercourse if you are having a hard time conceiving, and no you don't have to reach a climax to get pregnant, many women get pregnant after they have been raped and I doubt they reached a climax then.

You need to lay down after having sex in order for the sperm to stay inside you, but you will always have some leak out, but there is probably a lot more in there than you think. Just be patient.

You are aware that to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up. After that when you stand up little sperm that is remaining will pour out. That you cannot avoid. (When a bottle is turned upside down the liquid inside has to pour out due to gravitational pull.)
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

honestly i think you get pregnant when your body and god are ready for you to conceive. 9 mo might be a Little to soon for you to try to get pregnant, but if that is what you and your boyfriend really want then you should first talk to your doctor get an exam and make sure that everything is fine with your body. gravity plays an important factor with the leaking out thing remember what goes up must come down.
