It is very possible. However, the important thing is to treat your PCOS. PCOS is caused by insulin resistance. So, treating that with an insulin sensitizing drug, such as metformin (which is not a fertility drug) is most important. Maintaining a low carb diet combined with exercise will help. I got pregnant with my second child while only on metformin. Prior to going on metformin, I never ovulated. I recommend www.ivillage.com. There is a wonderful PCOS message board there where you can ask tons of questions about PCOS. Many women with PCOS have gotten pregnant with nothing more than metformin.

Sweeite, I have PCOS,... The first time I got pregnant.... I had no problems, no help getting pregnant... all natural. This time, is a complete and totally diffrent story. My doctor has me on metaformin, right now to see if that will help first and formost. Second, I have an appointment on the 21st so she can check and make sure everything is regulated and to put me on some clomid...
I hope everything goes well for you
Good Luck and God Bless

It's possible, but very rare. Most babies who's moms have PCOS are conceived by IVF or other fertility treatments.
