Students DO have rights, but no dress code is not a violation of their rights.. is wearing a uniform at your job a violation of your rights? No, therefore the same applies to students

No it is not, when you decide to study at an institution and enroll there you are accepting to become a part of their organization in the capacity of a student and you agree to abide by their rules and regulations - Dress in just one of them. If a student doesn't agree they shouldn't enroll at that facility.
As long as the Dress code doesn't violate any of the constitutional fundamental rights it is OK.

No. You do not have the right to dress any way you want at school, so there is no violation of your rights.
With rights comes responsibilities. You want to do everything the way you think is best, but don't ever want to be held accountable for your actions. When you start to take responsibility for things is when you start to get freedom and rights.

Not technically now, no. If you want to change it, take it up with your local school board. Start a student group to protest it. Organization is power.

What right are you talking about?
Is there a list of student rights?
It is a priviledge, not a right, for students to attend school.

Nope. Students do not have rights. They (usually) only apply to adults.
