ok my friend kory has a major problem. she always calls me and then when i try to have a real conversation with her she bursts out laughing and says.."ahhahaha im sorry i just can't do this!"...and hangs up. then when i ask her about it the next day..she denies it ever happened!

I think your friend maybe be acting imature. if you can't tell her anything serious than what kind of friend is that.i think you need to talk to her about that before you'll end up not being friends anymore.
