Well...I'm a cancer male and, as you can see, I'm interested in a female scorpio. We used to be really close but never got around to do anything because she was stuck in a three-year old relationship...
Now she has broken up with her boyfriend, and even though we don't share the level of connection and closeness we used to, we are starting to see each other more oftenly again...

Is there any chance for us? Do our personalities match?
I don't really believe much in astrology... but I'm still curious. =)

There's not too much of a difference between the Cancer's clingyness and the Scorpio's possessiveness, so if it a problem for either of the 2, then I suggest that they take a long hard look in the mirror. I think that the Cancer's clingyness and need for re-assurance compliments the Scorpio's possessiveness rather well. I think the main problem from a Cancerian's point of view is that Scorpio's pride themselves in being blunt, whereas Cancer's pride themselves in being considerate of other people's feelings as long as you don't push them beyond their breaking point, and part of this entails them biting their tongues at times. To us, sometimes the Scorpio's tenedency to "tell it how it is" can be poorly timed and unnecessary, but this isn't insurmountable and shouldn't hinder a relationship.
