International mail can take anywhere from two to four weeks depending on where you are sending it. Considering mail gets busy around Christmas, I'd opt for sending it 3 - 4 weeks before you want it to arrive just to be on the safe side.

I would say 2 weeks, but with the heavy volume of mail I would mail it out a week earlier than that.
