Stay away from sushi and stuff.... I wouldn't eat and rare beef either. Doc told me I could eat just about anything else. I wouldn't go nuts with sugary stuff, and you could keep caffiene to a minimum. That is all I can think of.

well, it's probably better to stay away from fatty foods, because it kind of sits on you. you shouldn't eat foods that are chemically altered, like splenda and other artificial sweeteners. The more fruits and veggies you eat, the better off you are.

Ive been told cat litter trays are harmful and certain cheese , paint fumes , bleaches bitters in lemon lome bitters drink i hope these help and congragulations

there are a lot of things you should stay away from. beginning with types of foods and too much of certain vitamins all the way to acne creams, go to your local book store and get ' what to expect while youre expecting' i learned a lot from it
