Did you know that Walmart is getting rid of their layaway department? A friend of mine told me this and said the lady told her to call 1-800-walmart to complain. I havent done it yet but am going to....

This is actually going to amke it hard for alot of people. I know when I was a single mom, that I relyed on the layaway to be able to get my kids Christmas. It was the only way I could do it, by paying a little at a time......I think they are making abig mistake and may lose some patrons because of it.......

Yes, I did know that. I know a lot of people that depend on layaway. I think its terrible. They just want people to use their credit cards.

It won't do any good to call and complain, except to create jobs for people to answer the phones :)
