How do I take movie clips from a DVD using DVD Shrink? I've loaded the DVD, went to "open files" on DVD Shrink, so what next? I want to use them to make a collage vid.

dvd shrink is only a program to shrink dvd's to fit on a certain medial

you need to turn your dvd files into avi's then edit those avi's to take out clips

download flaskmpeg or autoGK to convert your dvd's to avi files

then use virtualdub or Windows Movie Maker to split your avi file into smaller ones and then build your "collage"

Not a big editing user here but I am told Windows Movie Maker will do this for you. DVD Shrink or DVD Decryptor are not designed to do this type of thing.

Check the link, may find some tools you like there.
