I want to get baby pictures of her and her boyfriend and do something with them for the shower. I dont want them on the cake cause their having a girl and the cake will be pink and girly.

I've been to a few baby showers and one usually plays games at these events so how about getting many pictures of babies and get people to guess which two are your sister's and her boyfriend's pictures, you know like a match game.
Have a small prize for the winners. Other games are guess how many jelly beans in a jar and the prize is the jar full of jelly beans, you could also have a penny sale, hope you have fun.

I don't know about the pics but, I have a good game to tell you about and also a cute idea, both done at my shower. Game: Take a box and put a very very large pair of women's undies in it, wrap the box about five times. Tell everyone they have to play. Make them stand in a circle and pass the box around while playing music, when the music stops the person holding the box has to unwrap a layer. Tell them the last person holding the box when all the paper is gone has to open it and wear the panties for the rest of the shower. It is so funny to watch, be sure to video tape this. Actually, the person who gets the undies don't have to wear them, but gets a nice gift!!!
Two other things that are cute shower ideas: Pass around a small notebook or a baby blanket and let everyone write a special message to the new parents or the baby.
Pass out a diaper to everyone there and tell them to write a parenting tip on the outside of the diaper, give these to the new parents, it's really fun when you are changing a diaper at 3:30a.m. and you can read a little note from a friend!!!!

Cute idea:
Use a poster board and put several of their baby pictures on it along with little notes of what they were like as babies (get info from parents and other family members) Also get 2 large size baby gowns (no pattern, just white) and some clothe markers. Have all of the guests write notes or draw pictures on the gowns for the baby . Keeping this whole set up in one spot will be sure to make you guests look at you picture board.

Make a story book from the pictures and describe how the parents meet and fall in love, except using baby pictures instead of current pictures. For example, you can have the boy baby picture with a call-out saying something like "wow, what a sexy babe, i gotta go meet her"...etc.

If you have alot of pictures get a pretty frame and do a collage. You know put all the pictures on there arranged nicely. And then after the baby is born you can do one of her.

Find one of those photo morphing programs on the internet where you can put in each picture and combine them. Or the internet programs that tell what celeb they look the most like.

I placed my daughter's ultrasound photo on the outside of the invitations. Everyone thought that it was neat.
