I want to buy an african clawed frog. they eat guppies and minnows. I bought one about 5 yrs. ago and it died 3 years ago. I bought from a place in florida. have any ideas what the web sit might be??

Wal Mart sells claw frogs..They are tiny though. They keep them in little cups along with their beta fish. I have 3 huge ones that are about 4 years old. They were bitsy little when I bought them. It doesn't take long before they are big enough to eat minnows and rosies etc.. But I never see big ones anywhere so go for it buy a small one and watch it grow.. It's very cool. My big one can eat about 4 comets!! His sides bulge up and you can even see them moving in his stomach briefly! Very Neat!

I think that guy thinks you are looking for guppies.
Anyway, without knowing where you are from it's hard to say. But if you go to a pet store that sells pet exotic frogs they should be able to order one for you.
That is what the pet store near our home does.

you can go to any pet store and they should have them. If not they can order you some. Wal-mart sells them too
