Well it's Thursday night and I have nothing to do. I've had a fight with 3 different members of my family and have just discovered some girl has been spreading nasty rumours about me at school. I have a mountain of homework that I don't want to do and my 'secret' boyfriend is on the other side of the continent.

So you can probably tell I'm feeling pretty depressed. What can I do before I go to bed to try and feel better?

Well, here we go my recipe for a nice night.
WHAT YOU NEED:
a bath
a bed
a book
a cuddly toy
1.Have a long bath
2.get in bed a read a book
3.get in bed with your cuddly toy and try to relax yourself and forget your nasty day.

Long term relationships don't work so just get over it I know it is hard but try it!Get off the computer and do your homework before you go to sleep ask "God" for strength it works!

Put your favourite song on and have a dance and sing a long to it in your room!! Music always makes you feel good! As long as it isn't a slow song. Hope you feel better soon!

Just keep telling yourself that when u grow up none of that will matter anymore. Honestly, you grow out of a lot of the 'school days' worries.

bath and a good book try making up with the family members you argued with that might help ring a friend and have a natter xx k
