I'm running into the same problem with family, that's why i'm doing bath robes for everyone. Not cheap ones obviously but if u do a bath robe at la senza or victoria's secret for ur sister's and ur mom it'll cost you close to 100 dollars a piece and then buy each other them a pair of pjs from the same stores. you'll end up spending between 100-150 on each of them. and then for your dad, the same idea, pjs and a bathrobe. they don't need anything else and you can't go wrong with comfortable things.

My sister is 25 and wants a sewing maching. I am 28 and would love a small digital camera I could take out on the town. A GC to Merry Maids. New skis. Season passes to a dinner theatre.

you should probably do something meaningful then. A photo from an event, a picture with you guys as kids as a poster, things like tat. Maybe give something that relates to a memory you've all shared. It'll be cheaper, carry more meaning and it will leave extra money in your pocket

A day at a spa, a manicure & pedicure, a massage, and you should still have some money left over for a gift card to their favo store. A true day of pampering!!!

I would love that!!!

just give them something you know they will use.
most women love getting gift cert. to a day spa. how about for their favorite restaurant?
i like the idea that someone had about theater tickets, or maybe concert tickets.
if mom and dad aren't into any of this maybe they would like to attend a class on computers.
the possibilities are endless.
good luck (and merry christmas!)

Here is something that'll take $5 at the most. :)

Idea #1:SCENTED SACHETS.

Hopefully you learned to sew in Home Ec. Hand or machine, your choice. Here is a "recipe", I know I'm creepy.

Ingredients

Fabric, 3" by 6"
Thread to match fabric
Needle/machine
Ribbon, about 7"
Potpourri or cinnamon sticks

Directions
Put faric lying this way:

Sew top edge down, seam half inch.

Fold fabric in half, sew so one side (side you just sewed) is open.

Stuff with cinnamon or potpourri, tie ribbon around it .

Tadaaa!

Idea 2: Clothes
Idea 2: Gift cards

I would set them up for the night at a hotel. Its always nice to get away for a night. Include a gift cert. for their favorite restaurant too.
