She emailed me and told me all kinds of things that I confirmed by digging in his email.. he has no idea I know and is going to a lawyer saying I am cheating and wants a divorce. I asked him to file months ago. To me this is cheating on his part.. don't worry I printed the emails between them..

You should tell him -- in court and under oath, lol. Imagine the look of shock on his face when you whip out that stack of printed emails in front of the judge, his lawyer, and everyone else!

I think that you should go to a lawyer and file for divorce. Take you proof that he is the one cheating and get him out of your life. After you have filed for divorce then tell him...don't tell him before hand though...let him get the surprise with the divorce papers.

What an asshole he is! I wish you the best of luck!

if your getting a divorce,,, why bother. that's just non productive crap. If you wanted to stay together getting everything out in the open is probably a good idea.

Telling your husband that you know about his girlfriend even though you intend to go through with the divorce achieves what, do you want the divorce to be harder than it is now, not only for him but you too. Get out.. plain and simple. the rest is just crap

I think you should make copies of those e-mails and have them sitting on the table for him when he gets home. It's so funny how men will accuse us of the very things they are guilty for. Don't worry about who gets granted divorce, adultry isn't registered on your divorce papers. I hope you are past the hurt and angry stage and can now laugh at what a jerk he really is. I'm so sorry for all the humiliation and torment he has caused you but can assure you that things will get better for you. Also, when you inform him you are aware of the girlfriend, just laugh about it. They hate when they can't make you mad anymore. Good luck and GOD bless you.

I would hire an investigator or call cheaters because a picture/video is worth a thousand words and will definitly pay off in settlement discussion/divorce. Catch him in the act and then disclose your information with your and his attorney present. Don't want him trying to off you like a lot of husbands seem to be doing lately.

I would, I am trying to find out right now if my husband has one. If I knew he did it would be a different ball game, and believe me he would know that I know. I would use your imagination to shock him real good when you tell him. Like go to dinner at his folks place and mention it at the dinner table. Or maybe at your parents over dinner. That way you will have your support system right there for you.

Nope, don't tell him. Why show your hand? He's been screwing around on you, and so long as you have been faithful and he can't dig up dirt on you, why tell him.

Go to a lawyer, show him what you have and file papers.

Hand the information over to your lawyer, and let the lawyers deal with it.

Let your lawyer tell him at the appropriate time.

Once you've gathered all of your evidence, continue to act like you don't know ,and give all of your info to your lawyer and let your attorney present it to his attorney. That may be a real good wat to do it. And you coolness might shock him as well.
