How can I post links on Craigslist without people seeing the domain I'm linking to?

They can always see the domain when they highlight the link.
If you mean to change the wording of the link, you have to use html.
Your command would be:
The text you want displayed goes here

If you cannot see the code I just wrote, leave your mouse over the text and it should display.
