I've tried sucking on popsickles, candies, lolipops, etc...nothing seems to work...(I read in magizines lolipops & such should help but they aren't helping as much as I'd like)
I'm eating the way I'm supposed to I guess but even though the nausea is really bad & I don't know if I should be taking in this much sugar...anybody know a good way to make nausea less unpleasant?
And I know theres nothing I could really do to stop it...I just don't want to feel like puking when I never have to.
Thank you...anything will help

Also I do keep dry cereal next my bed at night so when I wake up I have something to snack on because severe nausea & stomache cramps in the morning..I haven't once thrown up yet (I don't that much when I'm sick either so thats probably why) but sometimes it hurts so bad that I can't even get up. So what would be the best thing to eat in the morning?

I haven't started taking prenatal vitamins yet. I go to the doctors on Monday & I'll probably get them then.

Yeah I would stop with the sugar. That does not seem to be helping. I would make sure you eat on a regular basis. Being hungry will make you feel nausea. I know it is hard to eat when you feel like you are going to be sick but it is your body's weird way of saying it needs food. Also if you are taking prenatal vitamins that could be the culprit. Some of those pills are hard on your stomach. Try not to take them with an empty stomach. If that doesn't work stop taking them for awhile. Just make sure you are getting your vitamins in your diet- vegetables and lots of milk.
Try salty foods. Plain crackers or potato chips and ginger ale are my best friends when I feel like I am going to be sick.
Good luck

They have suckers at the maternity stores for nausea- but honestly, the taste of them made me wanna puke lol... so I stayed with life savers- those REALLY helped me... but everyone is different. You can always try crackers too. Eat small portions all throughout the day instead of 3 big meals. Other than that, it'll pass eventually- may seem like forever, but it will. Everything- even my heartbeat while I slept made me nauseous! lol Goodluck!
-I too never threw up once during my pregnancy... and don't when I get sick with the flu- haven't since 4th grade lol... so you might not get sick at all, which is a good thing-but yes, the nausea isn't any better! Just keep trying things to see what all works for you!

Make a ginger drink. Great for Pregnancy.
I take some fresh peeled Ginger (1 lg root) in about 3-4 cups water bring to a boil and then let it steep for 1/2 hr or longer. Add some Honey and fresh Lemon juice to taste....Put it in a bottle it will keep for a few days.
Sip on it when you need or want to ....It's like a ginger/lemonade...you control the sugar.
Ginger has been used for centuries for nausea!

The best thing I did was make Ginger tea. I even had ginger root and gnawed on it a bit.
Also, try crackers! I didn't like Saltine crackers when I was pregnant with my first, so my doctor told me to eat pretzels. You can try to eat fruit, that is a healthier sugar.
Try having a snack at night so your blood sugar doesn't drop too low by morning.
Eat a high-carb diet: dry toast, honey, banana, baked potato. Combine with protein to make a bigger difference!
A few teaspoons hourly of wheat germ dissolved in warm milk
Lavendar Oil or pepperment oil in a diffuser (or on a handkerchief you can sniff periodically)
Red Raspberry Leaf tea!!!

Ginger ale or ginger snaps will help ease the tinge of nausia. Also, try to keep a light amount of food in your tummy at all times. Saltines are great to munch on, just keep a few with you throughout the day to snack on. Keep a few by your bed so that when you get up at night for a potty run, eat a couple, it will help you in the mornings. Best of luck, hang in there!

Oh I know what you are going through, it stinks. I went through it with both my daughters. I used motion sickness bands that you wear on your wrists. They work by acupressure, you can get them at the drug store. They helped a little but when you feel that way a little is better then nothing at all. You could also try ginger cookies or drink, ginger is supposed to calm your stomach. And there is something called Baby's Bliss Morning Sickness Magic. Good luck.

Honestly I like plenty of cliches. Sure they have got to be written proper however that surely doesn't suggest they're doomed from the begin. I feel I fully cliched plot is ordinarily doomed. A robust plot with cliches to me are very well. There are a cause they grew to become cliches, due to the fact they are standard. I feel it is simply fine to change them up routinely. Sometimes distinct cliches get lovely historical, and different ones are not as standard. But I do not feel it's vital to avoid each feasible cliche that exists. BQ: What's you are least favourite cliche? Well I'd say vampire romance however that is simplest due to the fact of ways overwhelmingly standard it's proper now and every one turns out precisely the identical. BQ2: Have you ever written a Mary Sue in certainly one of your books? Oh definite. As a child whilst I first began writing, I'd say a well majority of my characters have been Mary Sue's. BQ3: Have you ever completed writing a guide? Would you are saying it is well? Is it released? Yup. I've written 4. My first 2 are terrible. I learn them and do not know whether or not I will have to snigger or cry. My different 2 I simply completed so I feel they are not dangerous. They're nonetheless simplest hard drafts so they want plenty of labor, however I do not feel I'd pass so far as to name them terrible.

i'm currently going through morning sickness and can really understand.
i tried lemon drops. didn't seem to help.
i took ginger root pills and i think it started working. after a few days i woke up not feeling pregnant and it creeped me out. weird to say but i missed morning sickness. it reassured me that i was definitly pregnant.
and empty stomach nausea is one great big factor in morning sickness. thats why you should always keep something near your bedside that you can munch on in the morning before you get out of bed.
and your vitamins may have something to do with it as well. some sites say that more b6 and less iron may help. but you should talk to your doctor before doing that.

My step-daughter has horrible nausea through this preganancy as well as her last. I mean ALL through it.
But what has totally helped her is (she should do commercials for this stuff) Dan Actives. She starts every day with one and swears if she doesn't have one those are the days she has nausea.
For myself when I was pregnant, it helped to stay away from processed food and to cook with fresh ginger. I actually would put a slice in my morning tea. (decaf LOL)
good luck!

Eat what sounds good to you. For me nausea came in waves. When it was at its peak, I would eat ding dongs and cheetos, strawberries and carnation instant breakfast. After a day or two it wasn't so bad so I would eat normal stuff again. I only had to do this, so far, 4 times. I'm about 17 weeks pregnant.
