I am more than qualified to answer this question! My sister and I growing up always argued over this topic. She never slept with her bra on and I always did, her boobs are saggy and droopy after nursing two kids and mine are still perky and firm after nursing 3 kids. SLEEP WITH YOUR BRA! Especially if you are a large breasted woman

No bra. For one, it's a lot more comfortable and there's really no reason to sleep with one on.
Secondly, you need to give the material of the bra time to relax. Otherwise, it will be constantly stretched and it will deteriorate a lot faster.

Sleep with it off. Sleeping with it on is often uncomfortable and I've ruined a couple bras with the way I toss and turn - the straps get stretched oddly and sometimes underwire bends.

I can't sleep with a Bra on if feel so constrained. I like to feel loose and completely comfortable when I sleep.

I sleep without a bra, it is uncomfortable for me to sleep with one on. I beleive this could be a personal choice.

Wearing a bra to bed doesn't do anything to prevent sagging. When your sleeping in bed, you are laying down, and gravity is not pulling down on your boobs like it is when you are standing up. Please don't wear a bra to bed. Laying on them can cause the straps/underwires and othe parts of the bra to cut off blood circulation and lymphatic fluid circulation to lymphnodes and other areas of your breast. I'm sure your bf/husband would prefer you not to wear one anyway... :-)

It depends on how comfortable you are and what situations you are in. If you live in an environment such as the military, then yes. If not, then check your comfort level. Does it feel better on or off? My wife doesn't sleep with one, she gets annoyed with it on and she is a big woman, if you know what I mean. don't worry, it all depends on how you feel.

If you wear a size 38 B and above wear a bra to bed. If you wear a size A you don't need to wear a bra to sleep.
