Guaranty-a warrant, pledge, or formal assurance given as security that another's debt or obligation will be fulfilled.

Ex. Search Warrants are a type of Guaranty

Warranty-Justification or valid grounds for an act or a course of action.

Ex. The warranty on your car: 5 yrs or 5000 miles
