i want to start delivering camper from the factory they r put together in to dealers in the southern states

There are quite a few major companies who have contracts with the RV manufacturers. Some of them require you to have your own truck that is of a certain age or newer. Go to google and search RV Transport Company and see what you come up with, I've included some links below. Most hauling companies are based in Indiana because that is where the majority of the RV manufacturers are.

My husband was hauling campers after Katrina and does some spot hauling every now and again when asked.

Simple, contact factory for job possibilities. A more lucrative deal is to move campers or snowbirds. See various camper magazines for ads or possible job. Must have commercial license, see state driver's license bureau for facts.
