A friend is a friend. My best friend is a man, that I'm not married to. We are close, like brother and sister. But you have to consider... would you allow your wife to have a male friend? Would you be afraid of what she might be telling him about you? Do you think she may have the same feelings? I think that men and women can be friends. They can even be intimate and close without being physical. But you must consider your wife first. If she is not comfortable with it, then you shouldn't. If she is, and if you can give her the same courtesy, then it's fine. Never lie to her. Ever.

there is nothing wrong

Your dream is very positive. You're lying back watching the clouds just as you are watching the events in your life go by. Everything has clarity and definition, and there is variety as well. You're in a relaxed position indicating that you feel strong and confident about the way things are progressing. The sun feels good and colorful butterflies surround you. These are all the options and opportunities that you have right now, and they are plentiful. They can also signify the people in your life right now. Bright, energetic and beautiful, you are surrounded by positive energy from most every direction. This is a wonderful time for you where you are the one who's in charge of your life, and things are going extremely well. Seize some of those opportunities

Theoretically, there is nothing wrong in having a close friend or confidante to tell your troubles to, even if you're married. There's no guarantee that a wife or husband makes the best, or most impartial listener. However, in this country, a married man who has a close woman friend is often suspected of being more than just a friend. In some cases, the suspicion is warranted. In other situations, the friendship is purely platonic. However, I think you need to look at things from your wife's point of view. What would she think of your alliance with this other woman? If it's okay with her, it's okay by me. But if she would object, then continuing such a relationship might jeopardize your marriage. So you have to decide if it's worth it. Isn't there a male friend with whom you could confide? It might be better for all concerned. Good luck!

Hey!if such an idea has stuck ur mind then i'm dead sure u have sprouted some feelings for that married woman...and now u want to be in friendship with her.
Either u r feeling guilty about it or u just don't want to accept that something has happened...and so u r putting a question in yahoo.
If this is true....then i warn u...take this idea out of ur mind.Never ever try to do so...as u already have a wife.If u don't want to share ur problems with ur wife...no problem. But don't search for an alternative....with whom u can share ur problems.Even boyfriend can help u sharing/helping in ur problems.

Yes, it's very wrong. Don't do it. Think of how your wife would feel. Imagine the pain she's going to go through. She'll cry all the time and you'll have to take care of her because she'll lay in bed all day. Think about the effect this will have on her. I hope you make the right decision. I'd hate to see your wife be unhappy because you made a female friend on the internet.

There's nothing wrong in selecting a married woman as a friend. Sharing all problems with her is also understandable. But sharing those problems that you can't tell to your wife- depends on what kind of problems you are talking abot. As long as it remains as friendship, it really does not matter.

Why don't you ask you wife if it is OK?

If you wife says its OK, then it is OK>

If your wife disapproves, well, then you know the answer don't you?

Generally speaking, anytime a married person has to keep something a secret from his or her spouse, it probably is not a good idea.

I think it's sad you can't take that "faithful, cosy friendship" to your wife. No, I would not think that's ok.
