A lot of what happens in our life is what we bring up on us, not God. God has given humans the capability to discriminate what we do. Not using it we bring suffereing on to ourself. Just b'cas people are suffering that doesnot mean God is bad!

well, there is a universe by christian definitions, because god created it... but there are other theories as well, like that it was an accident of nature, or that it just always been, then there are the religious explainations............ so much trouble is in this world because we let it happen... the christian answer that god didnt create evil, or put trouble in this world is a cop-out... if god is all knowing like the christians say, then he already knew before he created people that they would bring trouble... and he also knew that when he created lucifer that he was going to be the devil... so with that point made, god did create evil and he did allow all the trouble to come into the world..... so now you want to know why i say that? it is because the world is full of balance.. good vs evil, love vs hate, light vs dark, night vs day, male vs female..... you cant know what one is with out having the other, so then god must have known this and thats why he let bad things happen, with out the bad we cant enjoy the good, plus theres also free will

There are so many troubles in this world, true. But picture this, if God gave you everything, you wouldn't need to go back and ask him for anything. God paves way for problems because he wants us to return back to him, to remember him, and to ask him for help. In this way, we strengthen our connection with him and we learn how to love him more when he grants us our prayers.
Why is there a universe? For every action, there is an opposite or equal reaction. If there is a universe, then there is human existence. If there is human existence, God will be loved. Have you been talking to him lately?

It not god who creates troubles it's man who creates troubles and plays with other humans forgetting that they are also human. If every one tries to be morally good then the world will turn good and so obviously God will also be good in your Eyes. To start with how about you being morally good and explain others how to be good so that if not the world at least the environment around you will be good. Bye

God is not responsible for the trouble in the world. He created man in his image, and your concern about the world is actually a reflection of how God himself feels. Jeremiah 10:23 says that it does not belong to man to direct his own step. God is allowing mankind time to recognize that we cannot govern ourselves. If he stepped in and rescued us from every problem, wouldn't we think that everything in the world was okay? God's Kingdom is the only solution for mankind's problems. :)

Why is there a universe? The very universe itself IS "God". It's his body. What we call "the soul" is a collective of his spirit (within every lifeform). Yes, God is good... and powerful. As for the trouble in the world. It's so simple to see. He created the world and the entire cosmos and PUT IT ON AUTO-PILOT. Everything that's happened since is my fault and your fault and his fault and her fault and their fault. It's plain to see for me.

The Universe presents life, without it nothing would exist. God is pure love, and because he loves us he created us in his image, with the lesson to learn about the love within us and our souls, and about re-uniting with the God part of ourselves. He gave us freedom to choose. With that freedom also comes the great responsibility to care for our world. We are creating out own troubles by not listening to our heart and to the small still voice within us that tells us to love other and ourselves and to focus on re-uniting with the divine essence. If everyone would see the divine essence in their fellow human beings, as well as in themselves, and if everyone would become united with their fellow humans, we would have peace on this planet. God cannot go back on his gift of free choice, therefore he will not judge us not will he interfere in our lives, which in his reality represent a mere test. The test to see if, when full knowledge of who we really are is hidden from us, if we really can unite and live with love as our main source of power.
