does anyone know what kinds of background checks banks do on employees

They do criminal background checks and credit checks. Really I hope you have good credit if you wanna work at a bank bucause they can be really picky when it comes to that. If you have ever lost a lawsuit that will be on a credit report as well so i hope yoru pretty clean.
