On a regular basis, I have not heard of the Queen's preference.
However, during the garden parties, they serve a blend called Buckingham Palace Garden Party tea, and it can be bought at most good tea shops. It is delicious. Here is some information about it, below.
Others have mentioned Earl Grey. An excellent version of Earl Grey is Russian Earl Grey (it has pieces of dried citrus rind in the mix), and it is very flavourful and aromatic.

When referring to Her Majesty, it is protocol to use capital letters. I wonder if there is any education these day or are people just bad mannered? The Queen's favourite tea is a special mixture of tea blended by Twinings. As far as I know, it is not available to Joe Public.

from several sources over the years i hear it's 'pekoe' a tea with purple flowers and rose petals... it's a black tea from some where in india i think.
i'm not sure if it's orange pekoe or not.. but if you reference this with "queen Elizabeth" you'll come up with some information.
some tea enthusiasts and companies have given it the name of "buckingham palace garden party" tea.
not all but if you're lucky you'll find the ingredients.

when i was in prison , she came visiting on some sort of patronising excursion.
I made her a cup of tea cos i was working in the kitchens.
Theres no earl grey in there or even typhoo...its the sweepings from the processing plant.
Anyway, she asked what it was and i told her it was darjeeling...
she replied hmmmmm how lovely .
Although i gave her it in some china the governor bought in.but it would have been funny to use one of our cups with bite marks round the top and burns where they are used for ash trays.
