Grilled chicken will save you up to 200 calories in some cases (perhaps more in some cases). Some places use light mayo (subway has a light option) so if you go in moderation you can have a little mayo if you want. But it is always better to go without the mayo especially when there are calorie light or free options (vinegar is amazing... and I also like the Tuscan Vinaigrette at Subway).
If you CAN go Grilled ALWAYS DO IT!

are you talking about grilled chicken, or some mess slammed together at Hardees and Taco Bell?
Go to a place where your health and enjoyment is the key factor, not some joint that throws food into Styrofoam and yells "Who's Next" in your ear before you can leave
