Yes.
A few years ago I was pulled over for speeding. It was a few days after Haloween and I had some fake blood capsules left over from my costume. While the officer was walking up to my door I had my buddie in the car with me break them open and smear them on his arm. The officer cam up and saw my buddie and asked what happened, I said he cut himself while we were working on his car and the officer let me go with a quick warning.
Hah hah hah, sucker!!!

yes i said i didnt realise my reverse light wasnt working, anyway i had to go back within 7 days and i was breathalysed i didnt mind cause he was gorgeous ah good old days

OF course.. "i wasn't speeding!" or "i promise i won't speed again"
but what i have learned is that if you're upfront with them, there's a better chance they'll let you off with a warning.

never came across to be in that situation but if i do, i probably would, and i would a good lie to save my *** but if it's not that important to me i'll tell the truth.
