Inhaling cleaners anytime during pregnancy can be harmful. Seems men usually don't want to do the cleaning for us, though! Especially if we stay at home! What I do is wrap a bandana around my nose and mouth while I clean. Or keep the room well ventilated. Open doors and windows.

There really only harmful if you were to sit in the room after you clean it and ingest all the fumes. I am 13 weeks pregnant with my second child and I still clean the bathrooms. My daughter is very healthy and I cleaned my bathrooms all through out her pregnancy. I just make sure I do it quickly and then get out of the room. It will also help to get some fresh air after. Open the windows or turn on the fan to help vent things.

Bella,
Don't risk it, anything that is harsh in any way can harm your baby. Many house hold cleaners are very harsh even to people who are not pregnant. Don't use them, love your baby each and every day and be so careful about anything that could be in the slightest hazardous.

Yes, the fumes can knock you out.
So get back to natural.....lemon juice and water (lemon juice is a disinfectant)....or vinegar and water.
Rinse with lots of water.
Otherwise, please get someone else to clean it...duhh how about the dady....
