Shift workers, how do you manage your time?

How many out there work rotating shifts? How do you cope with the changes?

It depends on how often you rotate. I worked on a yearly rotationg shift days to nights, and it isn't too bad as long as you dont mind feeling like crap that fist week.

I absolutly refuse to work anything less than a yearly rotating shift. The health costs are just to high. Your body is not made to do that type of thing and your digestive systems can not cope. In my opinion employers who do that are jsut asking for more injury costs.
