It's better to just smile at them and turn away. It's more annoying to them if they think they aren't getting to you. Usually, if they see it's bugging you, they'll keep it up. If they think it isn't, they'll look for another target.

Yeah, look at them like they're not there and walk away. Have more class and don't resort to "lowering" yourself to their standards. Have enough confidence in yourself (know that you're a good, kind, compassionate person) and ignore them. Too bad they have nothing better to do in their lives then being "mean"!They REALLY need to get a life!

Just ignore them, they will never go away if they see that they get ANY kind of response from you.
