system? If I took my pill today at 8am, but then got sick and vomited at noon, is it ok, or have i vomited it out of my system, making it useless?

Most of the hormones from the pill had probably entered your system by that time. Keep taking your pills regularly and just in case have your partner use a condom next time you have sex.

The irony is that even as such a good number of ladies people flow off the pill to attempt to get pregnant, it takes months as a lot as a three hundred and sixty 5 days. If you had vomited within 45 minutes of taking the pill, I'd worry, but since it was hours, you're probably okay.
(Use a backup method of birth control until you finish this pack of pills to be on the safe side, if that's the purpose of the pill.)
BTW - if you're still getting sick - the hormones from the pill can be absorbed vaginally - just insert the pill instead of swallowing it.

average length of time for a pill to digest is 1/2 hour to an 1hr. It is possible that you may have vomited some of it up, but not likely.

If it was in there for two hours, you are okay. Less than 2 and it's kind of a crapshoot depending on what and how much you'd eaten and your particular digestive rates.

Is there seriously a chance you could get pregnant? You should not be having unprotected sex because I don't think you're married. Also you should ALWAYS use 2 forms of birthcontrol i.e. the pill AND condoms. Come on sistah - get smart!

taking another one won't kill you. on the instructions to the pill it mentions taking a couple is like taking the mourning after pill
