I'm not sure, but what she should do is find out from her doctor and her boss before continueing to work.

Not really, it's just CO2 and we are around that all the time. If the concentration of CO2 got to be too high she'd start breathing fast and I'm sure she'd have noticed that.

CO2 is the gas that triggers your breathing when it's in your bloodstream, it is heavy and inert and in concentration can interfere with breathing. You don't want to do anything that can reduce oxygen supply, expecially when pregnant. But I doubt very much that she's in an environment with a high enough concentration to cause an issue.

Justified,
Dry ice is a gas ( carbon dioxide ). Yes in large amounts, breathing carbon dioxide could difinetly go straight into your blood stream and this would transmit right to the baby. The question here is how much exposure is there?

Well I am not sure but the best advice is when in doubt go to the doctor. Any time a person is not sure about a health issue they should err on the side of caution. Tell her to go to her doctor and be sure everything is OK to continue working. If it is not, her job will have to find a way to accomodate her. If she is worryied about them firing her, then have her talk to a lawyer.

Good Luck and tell her to go see the doctor!!!
