Um I don't know about you but my friends don't pick on me or boss me around. They sometimes have jokes on me, as I do them, but boss me around....oh hell no. I decide!

As a friend, I care about my friends' feelings. I watch out for them and they for me. We do not pick on one another.
Stop being so easy! This is not a healthy relationship.

Because you are a pushover and let them. Don't take their stuff. Stand up for yourself and have an opinion and then they won't be so quick to be so bossy.
