When I check the papers, sometimes I am a Saggitarius and sometimes I am a Scorpio. I am on the cusp? Thanks for all your help in advance.

You are on the cusp, but the sun could only have been in one sign at the exact time you were born. There are a number of websites that will tell you what sign you are. Just put in the above info, plus the year you were born and the place. You will probably find that you have both traits, but may relate to one sign more than the other. There are other factors in your chart that will influence that as well.
sag's are doers, they talk before they think, they leap before they look, they are friendly, positive, talkative, loud, bossy and blunt.
scorpios are feelers, they analyze everything, they are not as friendly, they are secretive and more quiet. They size people up and listen more than they speak.
This applies to how you are around people you know well and are comfortable with, not when you meet new people.

I believe u are sag. I was born Nov 24th at 7:30 am and am on cusp. Many of the traits listed in Scorpio and even all of the other houses trelate to me as I have many moons and houses (corelating behaviors)

I'm born on 22 November too, but i am definately a Scorpio! I'd hate to be a Sag. Lots of my friends are Sags, but i am completely different to them personality wise. Whichever sign you feel most like is the one you should go for.

I believe so, because my bday is on the 23rd.. so it's safe to say that you're born on the cusp because some hororscope dates are different. but you would need to get your birthchart to see and compare your personality to your sign that suits you most. I am more sagitarrius but I have a scorpio rising which means that i have sagirarrius personality but i have some scorpio tendencies as well. i think you can go on 1800horoscope.com and you can get a printout of a free chart and you just need the date and time, and it'll give you a wealth of info on your sign.

it would be hard to go off the date alone but if you take this zodiac test, it could tell you which sign you are MORE like. or even try reading the descriptions for both signs and decide which one is more like you. you can ge to the descriptions from the yahoo home page, just click horoscopes. i've included the link below to take the test. good luck
