There can be a variety and can depend strongly on the type of business you're running. What's regular and routine in one office very well isn't in another, such as ordering plotter paper is pretty regular here, but wouldn't be in a place that sells office furniture. Whoever notices it's down to the last roll orders the paper. If you have a cleaning service, you don't need to rotate bathroom maintenance. If you don't, you should probably rotate bathroom maintenance.

Taking care of sanitation. Contacting new clients and doing most of the mid level task that come up. Because you have a company does not mean you do everything. The more effective you are the more task you are able to delegate but you must remember to observe what is going on.

Filing - Phones - Bank deposits, but only after the owner/boss acknowledges receipt - Customer contact. All with oversight. Never turn loose of quality control or money.

All of them! If your employees can handle a task, let them do it - just make sure that they have the skills to do it right (not necessarily your way, just a right way)
