my daughter has just eaten 1 berry of this plant i think it is called berberry its a pot plant with little orange berries on it, doc says she thinks they are harmless, does anyone know for sure

Barberry berries are red or blue, and they are all harmless. (Berberry is a variant on barberry). If it's really a barberry, that happens to be orangecolored , then your doctor is right.
It's been awhile since you've asked this. Have you taken her in to be seen? How does she look?
