A good way to get rid of the "I'm ugly" feeling is to get some money (which may involve anything from a lot of yard work to saving a little extra from your job, depending on age) and get to a spa of some sort. Pamper yourself. Get that nice outfit you haven't been able to afford, take a long soak in a hot tub or natural spring, and let a professional do your hair and skin treatment.
In the end, you'll feel a lot better. Then just start saving for the next time you're really feeling a little ugly.

A make over never hurt anyone. When I am felling down about myself I get my hair done, my nails done, and buy a new outfit. Also I go to Mac Make up and have them do my make up. It is only $40.00 or $40.00 worth of make up products here in California. If you need help on what to wear the "What not to Wear" Britt gals are great. They have a book out so you can buy the right clothes for your body type. It makes a world of difference. Also if you are not wearing the right bra size that can make a difference in weight. You can go get professionally measured and buy the right bra. All in all though if you don't love yourself then all of this won't help. If your feelings are deep maybe go get some counseling and work on your self esteem. Because unless you are confidence in yourself fixing the outside won't help 100%.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder - you are beautiful! We all are! And if you don't believe in yourself, faults and all, then neither will the rest of the world... A great personality helps make you more attractive!
Why do you think you are ugly?

I don't know. I am ugly as sin yet everyone tells me i am beautiful.I dont see it. Plus beauty is an inner thing I think. You can be hideous on the outside and be the kindest most caring person. The inside wear it matters.

Physical appearance only has effect in the tangible universe and is therefore inconsequential. Try to live beyond that plane of existence.

I know this is gonna sound corny, but if you are beautiful inside, you can never feel ugly. Physical beauty deterorates with time, so how much can it matter? I believe that the truly beautiful people know this.

What is wrong with others seeing you as ugly?
Why do you think you are ugly?
Does it matter?
Can you not see the beauty that is you and everything else?
Can you not be disgusted by all that is beautiful?

Let's face it, some people are just ugly. But it's usually the ugliest people who are the most virtuous...
