i stay in cincinnati ohio and i just want to no if u can get married can i come back to cincinnati or do i have to stay there?

You can come back, but your state doesn't have to recgonize the marriage if it isn't legal in that state.

Same-sex marriage is is banned in Ohio. If you were to marry someone of the same sex in another state where it is allowed, it would not be valid in Ohio. You could always stay and help us fight for equality in Ohio, that way it would be legal here. Just a thought...

Your Marriage will only be good in places that allow it. MA, soon to be new Jersey, and the other Countries that also have gay Marriage.

Gay marriages are only recognized in the jurisdiction they are performed in. So in Mass you'd be married, in NY you wouldn't.
