I think that while the concept of heaven and hell are comforting to those who need a reason not to be afraid of dying, that whatever it is that actually happens to us is unexplainable - since no one who has been dead for an extended length of time has ever come back - and no, Jesus doesn't count, he's not around to ask his opinion and get a reliable answer from.
So when someone figures out how to be dead for a year, and then comes back and let's the rest of us know how that year went, then I'll believe what they have to say.....

When I was younger I believe there was a big house with golden roads for everyone. But my beliefs changed so I don't know until I get there. Who knows right? I do know It'll be safer and nothing to worry about....you will be blissful everyday with no sadness.

I think it's a magical type place or just like earth...except their are no wars, drugs, murders, and other things that we have to deal with here. I think it's just a peaceful place.

its beautiful and peaceful all living with unconditional love for each other at the side of God (not many fundamentalist christians, they decided to stay out when told God loves all equally!)
