I'm assuming your question relates to "The Iliad" by Homer - his account of the Trojan wars.

Although there were hundreds of deities in the Greek and Trojan pantheon at that time, I have just listed those that are mentioned in the Iliad and whose side they were on.

For the Greeks,

Athena
Hera
Poseidon
Hermes
Hephaestus
Thetis

and for the Trojans,

Aphrodite
Ares
Apollo
Artemis
Scamander
Leto

The main Gods for the Greeks would be Hera, Athena, and Poseidon. The main Gods for the Trojans would be Apollo, Aphrodite, and Ares. Zeus is vague on this matter as he changed from being a bystander to actively helping the Trojans.

Not sure why anyone would give Mariana thumb down, she answered correctly. Also I don't think you need to answer those yourself, simply because they already teach you wrong and stereotypical history, and if you don't plan on learning Greek history well someday, it is better not to learn these questions either.. All question are relative and anecdotal, and almost none is completely true, so people, stop advising him/her to do his homework.
