According to Tyra Banks as seen on her talk show yester day called "Panty Party" You should sleep in boxers or nothing at all so you can breath.

I only sleep with underwear during my cycle. It's a personal choice but my sister was told to do so by her doctor (she often suffered from yeast infections) I've never had a yeast infection and am glad for it!

To sleep with or without comes down to a question of personal comfort.

I think that the best thing for you to wear when you sleep is coton panties. These still let the air flow. I've always slept with underwear on and I've never had any problems.

I've always worn underwear but I make sure that it's cotton briefs to "breathe" better. Granted my husband only wants me to wear nothing or a thong to bed but I like my panties. Underwear is of course personal preference.

Apparently sleeping in an underwired bra can cause damage to breast tissue. Wear cotton knickers and shower and change underwear at least once a day.

My mother told me that as well. It would help that area get "air" lol. But honestly, I believe it to be an old wives tale. If you're really curious, ask your gynecologist.

Personally, I can't stand sleeping without underclothing.

that is as much as you, yet i do no longer think of very many women sleep in bras. in case you particularly need to for some reason you may desire to objective a activities bra to sleep in as a results of fact they're greater tender than huge-unfold bras. in undemanding terms a guideline. :)

Getting a bit of air circulation down there will decrease the chance of you getting a yeast infection.

I've also heard that before, but I can't sleep like that. I need to wear something.
