more details would have made this a lot easier but i will go with what i think you mean...something in your apartment is making you sick...allergy wise maybe...mold...and you want to know how to fix it or if you can get out?
if you can prove that there is something in your apartment causing you health problems then you can move out without getting in trouble for breaking your lease.i just wish that i knew more details and i think that i could help you more..

Get a mold inspection, the landlord is suppose to pay and clear it because it is a health hazard. They shall pay for your expense living in a motel also. Check for lead base paint that can cause it also.
