Um, I'm not quite sure I understand the question. In a punnet square, you show crosses. If your square looks like this:

.........X...........x
.
X........XX.........Xx
.
x.........Xx.........xx

The single x's would be a result of mitosis, but the double x's would be a result of fertilization, and the dots are just place holders.
