I tested negative when I missed my period, and then positive a week later, and now I'm 13 weeks pregnant. They aren't always 100% accurate, and sometimes your cycle may vary. Mine was regular 28 days for 5 years, and then once it was 35 days. Crazy way our bodies take control.

I haven't had this personally, but it is entirely possible. If you test too early, you will definitely get a negative. The fertilized egg implants itself in the uterus about 7 days after conception. The hormone hCG (the hormone that pregnancy tests detects) is only produced after the egg has implanted. So if you test before this happens, you will get a negative. And a week after conception, or a week before your expected period, it should turn positive if you really are pregnant.

P-test test for hormones that the fetus secrete into bloodstream. If too early fro implantation which occurs 8 dys after fertilisation then yes this can occur. To know with 100% accuracy go to ur doc and have her give you a blood test.

Visit www.newbabyjubilee.com for more info on blood test and p-test.

Yeah it can happen if you test it either 2222 early or if ur menstrual cycles are irregular but either way no cause 2 worry coz the baby is just fine.

Yup. First one was just taken too early for me, so there was not enough growth hormone to register yet. It could be a false positive, but that's not very likely. In my case, I was definitely pregnant! (My son is 15 months old)
